By accessing and using Tambula Rides services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Tambula Rides provides a technology platform that connects passengers with independent third-party transportation providers (drivers) for on-demand transportation services.

  • Payment processing services
  • Customer support and assistance

2.2 Service Availability

Services are available in select geographic areas. Service availability may vary based on location, time of day, weather conditions, and driver availability.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

3.1 Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code

  • Create multiple accounts or share account access

3.3 Passenger Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and destination information
  • Be ready for pickup at the designated time and location
  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
  • Report any issues or incidents promptly

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fare Calculation

Fares are calculated based on:

  • Base fare for the selected service type
  • Distance traveled and time duration
  • Dynamic pricing during high-demand periods
  • Applicable taxes, tolls, and surcharges

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and cash (where available). Payment is processed automatically upon trip completion.

4.3 Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees may apply based on timing:

  • Free cancellation within 2 minutes of booking
  • Standard cancellation fee after 2 minutes
  • No fee if driver is significantly late

4.4 Refunds and Disputes

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate all disputes fairly and provide resolution within 5-7 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Disclaimer

Tambula Rides provides a technology platform connecting users with independent transportation providers. We do not provide transportation services directly and are not responsible for the actions of drivers or passengers.

6.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tambula Rides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tambula Rides from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by Tambula Rides and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
